Return Policy

Had a tough week, your boss won't leave you alone, your plans changed, and you regret placing an order with us? Can you return it? Of course!

You can return it within 14 consecutive days after receiving it (art. 10th DL n.º 24/2014 of February 14th).

How to Proceed
Access the Order History in your Account.
Open the order from which you want to return one or more items.
Select the items you want to exchange or return.
Indicate the quantity to be returned.
Provide the reason for the exchange/return.
Submit the request.
We reserve the right not to accept the return if the process is not followed.

Conditions of Items and Returns
It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are well packaged and protected for transportation. We recommend keeping the box in which you received your order, as you can and should reuse it. We will not accept returns in envelopes or in any other poorly packaged manner. After our confirmation, you must send us the items within 2 days.

To be accepted, the items must not have been damaged by you. All labels must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging in good condition and without any signs of use.

TATAGARDEN emphasizes that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of used intimate items such as (but not limited to) dildos, vibrators, stimulators, menstrual cups, plugs, gags, panties, thongs, catsuits, etc. All items must be returned intact, sealed, in their original packaging, and with all their accessories (such as cables, chargers, instruction manuals, etc.) for the refund to be processed. Article 17, paragraph e) of DL n.º 24/2014, of February 14th. For your safety, we will be very strict in the analysis. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact us.

Please note that we do not accept returns of specific and particularly seasonal items from occasions such as Valentine's Day, Carnival, Halloween, and Christmas, as these items have remained in your possession throughout the respective season.

Additional Conditions
We reserve the right not to refund amounts paid for express shipping services with additional costs, refunding only the base value of the service.

In the case of partial return of an order that benefited from free shipping, if the remaining value after the partial return falls below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Period
After the return is validated, we will refund all expenses related to the purchase of the items, including the shipping costs (except for partial returns), within 48 hours via bank transfer.
