Ups         - €9.60  (will be delivered within 3 business days)

Please note: Unfortunately if you do not live in an European Economic Community (EEC) country maybe you will be responsible for any custom taxes imposed by your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

Shipping Your privacy is our top concern. We don't want your upstairs neighbor or colleague to know where your order came from or its contents. Therefore, we take great care to ship orders in the most discreet way possible: without our logo or any details that refer to our store, nor descriptive content.

Delivery Times Delivery within 24 working hours for orders with destinations in mainland Portugal:

Orders paid on business days until 1:00 PM are processed and handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders paid after 2:00 PM on a business day, on a holiday, or during the weekend, will be processed on the next business day.

In mainland Portugal, the contracted service with the carrier provides delivery on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. In the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira, delivery times range from two to five working days. 

Exceptions We promise to do our best to process and ship your order within the above-mentioned deadlines, but exceptionally, due to illness, computer error, high volumes of orders, etc., we may need an additional day. Please note that there may be delays and unforeseen circumstances on the part of the transport services. Although we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, we will try to expedite the delivery with them.

Free Shipping Campaigns Free shipping campaigns are only valid for the first shipments and not for order reshipments.

Tracking For all shipping methods, you will receive an email with the number and link to track your order with the carrier.
